Best Burgers in Chelsea

Chelsea is a two-burger neighborhood, and both are excellent. Portrait Bar (8.7) serves a dry-aged showstopper inside a $$$$ cocktail bar setting, one of the most refined burger experiences in the city. Cafe Chelsea (8.6) cracked the top 20 citywide as a French-American spot that punches well above its casual vibe. Two burgers, both in the Elite tier, no bad options. Chelsea has room to grow as we explore more of the neighborhood.
