Tribeca only has two ranked burgers, but both are elite. Au Cheval (8.7) brought its Chicago cult following to NYC and delivered. The double cheeseburger with dijonnaise is as good as advertised. One White Street (8.6) sits one slot behind, serving a refined farm-to-table patty in a Tribeca townhouse. Two burgers, both in the top 20, zero misses. Quality over quantity at its finest.
